Configuring webhooks
Send platform events to your own systems in real time.
Webhooks push events from Gradwate.com to your own systems so you can automate workflows — updating a CRM, triggering an email, or syncing records.
Add a webhook
- Open Webhooks.
- Enter the destination URL that should receive events.
- Choose which events to subscribe to — for example a learner enrolling or a certificate being issued.
- Save, then send a test event to confirm your endpoint receives it.
Handling events reliably
- Your endpoint should respond quickly and return a success status.
- Verify the payload before acting on it, and make handling idempotent so a retried delivery isn't processed twice.
Tip: Start by subscribing to a single event and logging what you receive, then expand once your endpoint handles it cleanly.
