Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Configure pricing plans and manage subscriptions and invoices.
Configure plans
Plans (super admin) is where you define the pricing tiers learners can buy — for example free, learner, term, professional, or corporate plans.
- Create or edit a plan.
- Set its price, currency, billing cycle, and what it includes.
- Publish it so it appears on the public Pricing page.
Billing and subscriptions
- Billing shows revenue, invoices, and subscription status.
- Payments are processed through Paystack; the platform records the resulting subscriptions and invoices.
- You can review an individual learner's subscription state from their account.
Webhooks and reconciliation
Payment confirmations arrive automatically and unlock access. If you need to react to billing events in another system, see Webhooks.
Tip: Keep your plan descriptions clear about exactly which programs and features each tier unlocks — it reduces support questions.
