Creating and publishing a program

Create the program

1. Go to Programs in the sidebar and click New program.
2. Fill in the title, description, category, and price (or mark it free).
3. Save to create the program as a draft.

Add modules and content

1. Open the program and use the module builder to add modules.
2. Inside each module, add lessons — text, images, and video.
3. Reorder modules and lessons by dragging them into the sequence you want.
4. To release content gradually, set a drip schedule so modules unlock over days or weeks.

Attach an assessment

Add a quiz so learners can be graded and earn a certificate — see Adding questions. Set the pass mark on the program.

Publish

1. Preview the program to check it reads well.
2. Toggle Publish when you're ready.
3. Published programs appear in the learner catalogue immediately (or to the assigned cohort).

Tip: You can import an existing program or question set rather than building from scratch — look for Import on the Programs and Questions pages.
