Signing in to your account
How to sign in as a learner and what to do if you are locked out.
Sign in
- Click Sign in in the top navigation, or open the login page.
- Enter the phone number you registered with.
- Follow the verification prompt to confirm it's you.
- You'll be taken straight to your Dashboard.
Staying signed in
Your session stays active on the device you used, so you usually won't need to sign in again each visit. If you sign out, just repeat the steps above.
Trouble signing in
- Make sure you're entering the same phone number you registered with.
- If you registered through a organisation, you may need an invite — see Joining through an institution.
- Still stuck? Contact your program provider or platform administrator.
