Find and manage users
- Open Users.
- Search by name, email, or phone to find a learner.
- Open an account to see their details and enrolments.
Track progress
- Open Progress for a platform-wide view.
- See each learner's completion percentage per program and where they are in the material.
- Identify learners who are falling behind so you can follow up.
Reading the numbers
Combine this with the dashboard KPIs and Quiz analytics to understand not just who is progressing but where learners struggle.
Tip: Use cohorts (see Managing cohorts) to monitor a whole class at once rather than learner by learner.
