Admin roles and access
What each admin role can do and how tenant scoping works.
Access in the admin console depends on your role and whether you belong to a specific tenant (an organisation on the platform).
The roles
- Super Admin — full control across all tenants: plans, tenants, AI prompts, the landing page, categories, and the audit log.
- Tenant Admin — full control within their own tenant: programs, learners, certificates, cohorts, proctoring, and settings.
- Content Editor — create and edit programs and questions.
- Analytics Viewer — read-only access to reports.
- Corporate Manager — manage their organisation's learners and cohorts.
- Creator — author marketplace programs.
Tenant scoping
If your account is tied to a tenant, you only ever see your tenant's data. Super-admin-only areas (marked accordingly in the sidebar) are hidden from you. This keeps each organisation's content and learners private.
Tip: If a sidebar item you expect is missing, it's almost always a role/scope restriction — ask a super admin to grant access.
